Friendly staff but I showed up to view a car only for it to be a lot more damaged than the photos/messages exchanged had been suggested.

The dealer did offer me money off and apologise saying he wasn't aware of the damage, but given the extent this seems unlikely.

Really I'd have liked to know about it before making the long trip to view.

Would recommend. Saw the car advertised on auto trader and called Cotswold automotive the next day and was offered a viewing and test drive the next day. As soon as we arrived Adele handed us the keys, answered a few questions we had then let us give the car a complete check over and drive. The whole time I didn't feel pushed or hovered over and felt the ball was completely in my court. I loved the fact you could pay the deposit to hold the car and that it was fully refundable. The next day we went for a second viewing checked a few things over and the sale was sorted quickly and efficiently the same day. Couldn't fault any of the team.

Purchased a car back in June. Excellent service throughout. Was not rushed when viewing the car. The lady that dealt with us was very nice and gave us a lot of information about the cars we were interested in. We had the car a couple of weeks and then we had a fault code appear on the car. I got in touch, they had the car in straight away, all fixed and was back picking it up a couple of days later. Would highly recommend!!

It was a pleasure to deal with Matt, Connor and the team when purchasing a reasonably priced second hand 2014 C3. Sadly, as can happen with second hand cars, it developed a power steering fault within the first week. I'm pleased to say they were consummate professionals and stayed with me whilst the issue was sorted on the warranty. It was not an easy diagnosis but Matt and the team kept good communications and it now looks like we've managed to sort the issue. That sort of customer service and support is a rare thing these days, especially in this industry. When I look to upgrade in a few years time, I'll be coming straight back to Matt and asking what he's got in before looking elsewhere which is the highest praise I can give.

Edit - 8 months later and the recurring issue came back (related to cold weather). The guys have helped get this sorted on extended warranty and pleased to say it's all fine now. Again, just excellent customer care and decency that counts for so much in my book.

We contacted them and they happily arranged a viewing with us that evening at a time that suited us. We were really happy with the car and the level of service was excellent. They had the car M.O.T'd for us and even dropped the car off to our house. Purchasing the car was very straight forward. The car has been running really well with no problems. Overall very pleased with the level of service provided.

Any concerns we had were addressed promptly and when work was needed to be done we were provided with a courtesy car so we were not left stranded without a vehicle. I bought my Renault Clio from Cotswold Automotive in February 2022. I explained that I just needed a cheap run around. I am so pleased with my car and the service I received. The salesman was polite, courteous and answered all my questions. My little car was serviced and a years MOT provided as well as a new panel due to a nasty scratch. We collected the car on the date and time agreed. Would definitely recommend using these guys if you need a new car.

Did a weeks work with Cotswold automotive and was able to see how the company is run. In my opinion, every car is dealt with professionally and sold at highest standard. They take pride in selling their customers a perfect car, by taking care of any issues it may have, getting a fresh mot and making sure they're cleaned and valeted. Then giving their customers a 3 month warranty puts the cherry on top. I worked Monday to Friday and I was payed on Friday no hassle. I would work for them again and I would certainly recommend getting your next motor from them.
